Paul Hallgren is a lifetime resident of the Twin Cities, Minnesota. He is a devout comic book enthusiast recently turned creator.

In relevant part to this website, he is the architect of Smarg, a new ongoing comic series available now, along with another supremely secret project to be announced in the not-too-distant future. Scripts are finished, and art is on the way!
